Real installs from around Barrie & Simcoe County — rough-ins, pours and finished systems, photographed on the job, not staged for a brochure.
Project 01 · BH
Where room-by-room comfort starts
That manifold in the photo is the control center of a radiant home. Every loop of oxygen-barrier PEX runs back to it as its own circuit, so each area gets its own flow — which is how radiant delivers true room-by-room temperature control instead of one thermostat guessing for the whole house. Balanced there, pressure-tested there, and then quietly doing its job for decades.

Project 02 · OS
The whole basement, warm underfoot
Basements are where floors feel coldest — so on this build, radiant went across the entire basement floor. The loops are oxygen-barrier PEX laid over insulation, so the heat drives up into the room instead of down into the ground, and the whole floor becomes one big, quiet radiator. Further along, the compact mechanical room that runs it all.
- Full-basement coverage
- PEX over insulation
- Heating + plumbing, one trade

Project 03 · ME
Even spacing, even warmth
Radiant comfort comes down to a pattern you’ll never see again once the floor goes in: evenly spaced loops over insulation, covering the space edge to edge. Get that spacing right and the floor heats as one surface — no hot stripes, no cold corners — steady warmth in a basement, the space that’s usually coldest in the house. Designed first, then laid exactly to the plan.
- Edge-to-edge coverage
- Even loop spacing

Same standards, since 2016
Radiant isn’t new to us — this set reaches back a decade. Cameras got better; the fundamentals didn’t change: insulation, tubing, testing, pour. Ten years of the same standards is its own kind of warranty.

Warm floors, in your own home
Every one of these started with a site visit and a heat-loss calculation. Yours would too — book a free consultation and we’ll tell you exactly what radiant would take in your space.
